Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Housekeeping Team, and also work closely with the cleaning company ensuring owners and guests are experiencing a memorable stay at Setsu Niseko by maintaining a high quality of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The role involves a very strong focus on direct management of various team members as well as working closely with other departments and suppliers all year round but especially in the winter. Working hours 9 hours per day (with 1 hour break); between 07:00-24:00; 5 days a week

- Oversee daily housekeeping quality and operations
- Coordinate with cleaning company and departments
- Manage supplies, amenities, and linen inventory
- Resolve owner and guest issues; act on feedback
- Recruit full-time and seasonal team members
- Coach, train, and review staff performance

Monthly salary: ¥390,000 ~ ¥450,000 (plus annual discretionary bonus)
