The Masters of Food & Wine program, which began in Carmel in 2003, was created to highlight the Park Hyatt brand's deep passion for exceptional food and beverage. These events, at their finest, deliver immersive culinary and beverage experiences like no other. Looking ahead, the program aims to return to its origins, providing a platform for talented culinary professionals to share and celebrate their passions with guests. By consistently hosting these distinctive events at Park Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide, we will underscore this unique aspect to our target audience—the discerning global traveler and true connoisseur.

Collect stamps from five locations in the Niseko Annupuri area and complete your original stamp collection.

An event celebrating the flavors of autumn will be held at Lupicia Niseko Headquarters. Enjoy a tasting of 50 types of Lupicia tea, dishes made with locally sourced seasonal potatoes, handmade bread baked at the Niseko factory, scones, and other baked goods, all at reasonable prices. Yotei Mountain Foot Beer will also be available.

Niseko Village Autumn Jazz – Akino Oto Step into the very first Niseko Village Autumn Jazz – Akino Oto, an evening of live jazz, fine wine, and seasonal flavors. Savor the Season at CHUYA Nestled just steps from the outdoor stage at Niseko-yo Square, CHUYA invites you to indulge in a specially curated menu created exclusively for this event. Unwind with a glass of wine and delicious bites as smooth jazz fills the crisp autumn air — the perfect pairing for an unforgettable evening in Niseko. This two-day event hosts popular local jazz artists, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. both days.

This year marks the 26th edition of Hokkaido’s very first trail run! The NAC Trail Run is one of Niseko’s most popular sports events, attracting many runners every year. It’s packed with adventures unique to trail running — mountain and forest trails, log crossings, stream crossings, and more! There are three course options: A 30km mountain course for those seeking a real challenge A 10km course for enjoying moderate mountain trails A 5km course for a relaxing run through the forest Anyone from elementary school age and up can join! Run freely in nature and enjoy the stunning scenery and fresh air of Niseko.

The final NAC Market of the season will be held on Saturday, August 30th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM! Local vendors will be selling their wonderful handmade goods, so be sure to stop by and check it out.
