The Concierge Officer performs day-to-day concierge duties. Handle the requests from the guest and owners and arranging all the necessity during their stay such as ski lessons, equipment rental, transportation and restaurant reservations. The team works together to improve the service every day for the owners and guests to experience the best hospitality in Setsu Niseko.

- Handling all the inquiries from owners and guests
- Arranging reservations for restaurants, spa and activities
- Assist and liaise with Front Desk, Bell, and Onsen reception
- Communicate well with restaurants, ski schools and other suppliers outside of the hotel
- Training seasonal staff
- Guest and Owner Service Excellence
- Personalized Recommendations and Local Knowledge
- Business-level or Higher Japanese and English
- Clear Verbal and Written Communication
- Reservation and Supplier Coordination

Monthly salary: ¥250,000 – ¥290,000 (plus annual discretionary bonus)
