Work with designers, writers, and member businesses (for advertising content) to produce these on schedule. Lead the creation of promotional videos (collaborating with videographers or internal creators) and manage any paid advertising campaigns (online or print) to promote the Niseko region.
- Website & App Management: Keep Niseko Tourism’s digital platforms up-to-date. Work closely with the consulting group to update the official website content regularly – publish news articles or blog posts, add new pages, and maintain multilingual content by coordinating translations (Japanese, Chinese, etc.) . Ensure the Niseko App content is refreshed each season (winter/summer) so that visitors have current information. Additionally, help maintain the AI chatbot’s knowledge base by updating FAQs and information, in coordination with tech staff, so that automated visitor inquiries are accurately handled.
- Brand Management & Cross-Department Projects: Uphold a consistent and positive brand image for Niseko Tourism across all media. Continue any ongoing branding initiatives (such as logo/slogan projects) and incorporate sustainability campaigns into PR messaging. Work closely with the Government Liaison/Project Assistant on any publicity related to government-funded projects (ensuring that grant project achievements or events are properly promoted). In essence, ensure Niseko Tourism’s branding and messaging remain cohesive and effective across all channels.
