We are looking for a Guest Services and Property Management team member to support accommodation operations and property management for high-end properties. The role covers a wide range of tasks, including supporting domestic and international guests, check-in and check-out duties, reservation management, property inspections, inventory management, and coordination of cleaning and maintenance. Using both Japanese and English, you will work closely with guests, property owners, and internal teams to help provide a comfortable, high-quality stay. The position offers approximately 120 days off per year. Overtime may be required during busy seasons; however, during quieter periods, it may be possible to take extended leave of three weeks or more, subject to team coordination. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Niseko, this role offers the opportunity to develop practical experience in accommodation operations and property management while applying your hospitality skills.
- Handling inquiries from domestic and international guests
- Check-in and check-out duties
- Reservation management, including OTA and accommodation management systems
- Responding to guest requests, issues, and emergencies during stays
- Arranging and coordinating owner stays
- Property inspections, inventory management, and cleaning quality checks
- Arranging repairs and maintenance, and coordinating with vendors
- Administrative and general support tasks related to accommodation operations and property management
- Ability to communicate in both Japanese and English *Guest communication and email correspondence in both Japanese and English are required.
- Valid driver’s license *Winter driving on snowy roads and transportation duties may be required.
- Ability to work flexibly depending on working hours and shift schedules
- Practical experience in the hospitality industry, with an understanding of guest service/customer service and a strong hospitality mindset
- Ability to multitask and respond flexibly to a wide range of duties
- Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders and work cooperatively as part of a team
- Certified Travel Services Manager qualification preferred
Remuneration
- Monthly Salary: ¥260,000–¥290,000 Determined based on experience and ability.
- Salary During Probationary Period: ¥240,000–¥270,000 per month
- Bonus: Twice a year (Each bonus is generally equivalent to one month’s salary and may vary depending on company and individual performance.)
Employment Type and Working Hours
- Full-time employee
- 6-month probationary period
- Full social insurance coverage
- Days Off: Two days off per week on a shift basis; holidays equivalent to weekends and public holidays; approximately 120 days off per year.
- Paid Leave: 10 days granted after 6 months of employment; thereafter granted in accordance with Japanese labor laws
- Working Hours: Shift-based schedule, generally between 9:00–18:00 in summer and 8:00–20:00 in winter.
※Working hours may vary depending on check-ins/check-outs and operational requirements.
※Standard working hours are 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break. - During some peak times of year, additional work may be requested.(overtime pay provided separately)
