Guest Relations Officer
Setsu Niseko
We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to deliver personalized concierge services for Penthouse Guests and Owners at Setsu Niseko. This role involves arranging premium experiences such as ski lessons, dining reservations, and transport, while ensuring seamless communication and service coordination. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, fluent in both Japanese and English, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Handle inquiries and requests fromPenthouse Guests and Owners
- Arrange concierge services includingrestaurant, spa, and activity reservations
- Support the Concierge team with daily guestneeds
- Liaise with Front Desk, Bell team, andOnsen reception to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain professional communication withrestaurants, ski schools, and other external partners
- Train and guide seasonal staff
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfactionthrough proactive service
- Adapt to changing guest needs, marketconditions, and operational constraints
Qualifications:
- Previousexperience in guest relations, concierge, or luxury hospitality
- Visastatus permitting work in Japan (Visa sponsorship available for the rightcandidate)
- Validdriver's license in Japan or international permit is a plus
Competenciesor skills:
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
- Fluentin both Japanese and English
- Ability to manage multipletasks and prioritize under pressure
Salary:
- ¥250,000–¥290,000 per month + annual discretionary bonus
