Jac received her RYT500 and RYT-Yin50 certifications in Hatha/Power Yoga and Yin Yoga under her teacher Denise Payne. Jac is a lifelong student of yoga, and is constantly seeking to widen and deepen her practice. She studied with teachers from different yoga disciplines, and has attended workshops & courses by Nancy Gilgoff (Ashtanga Primary Clinic), Baron Baptiste (Journey into Power Teacher's certification course), Leslie Kaminoff (Breathwork), Kenny Meitei (Hatha), and Jo Phee (Yin), to name a few.
