At Niseko Wow, we offer a variety of seasonal roles that keep our operations running smoothly and our guests well cared for throughout the winter. Front Desk staff are the first point of contact, handling check-ins, guest inquiries, and providing support throughout each stay. Drivers and chauffeurs ensure safe and timely transportation for guests within the resort, maintaining vehicle readiness and clear communication with the team. Cleaners play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and shared areas, helping create a comfortable and welcoming environment. Food & Beverage Service staff assist with meal preparation, serving, and ensuring a warm, friendly dining experience for all. Each role is essential to delivering the level of hospitality Niseko Wow is known for — and offers a unique way to experience winter in one of Japan’s most iconic snow destinations.
Drivers – Provide timely and safe transportation for guests in all weather conditions
Front Desk – Be the first point of contact and help create memorable guest experiences
Housekeeping – Clean and prepare accommodations to a high standard
F&B Staff – Support meal service and bar operations in a lively hospitality setting
