We are seeking a talented Systems Designer to take the lead on producing technical blueprints for high-end residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will bridge the gap between client vision and on-site implementation by translating requirements into system designs and detailed drawings. You will work closely with homeowners, architects, lighting designers and trade partners to guide projects through the discovery process, specify cutting-edge hardware and design bespoke technology solutions to enhance daily living. Based in Niseko, with an established presence in Sapporo and Hakuba, we're actively expanding nationwide. - System Blueprinting & Design: Produce detailed CAD site plans, engineering diagrams, and technical drawings. Select and specify hardware, control platforms, and enterprise networking gear.
- Client Discovery & Site Surveys: Perform on-site assessments to evaluate architectural layouts, space allocations, and power constraints while capturing owner needs.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical authority for field integration teams during installation and commissioning, ensuring designs are executed accurately.
- Process & Innovation: Develop tools and workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience; stay current on smart home trends and emerging technologies.
- Creative Engineer: You solve problems and design experiences that seamlessly integrate technology into luxury living environments.
- Meticulous & Organized: You take pride in precise documentation, technical accuracy, and managing multiple active design projects.
- Adaptable Communicator: You thrive in fast-paced construction environments and can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
