The Yuki Group (TYG) operates two sports and wellness spas in Niseko Village.
This season, SEKKA SPA, operated by TYG and located inside The Green Leaf Hotel in Niseko Village, will reopen following a renewal.
At SEKKA SPA, we offer high-quality treatments designed to help guests relax and recover after a day of skiing or snowboarding, creating a restorative experience for visitors from around the world. We are now looking for a Spa Receptionist to welcome guests to our newly renewed spa. We are seeking someone who can provide warm, attentive service and help create the calm, comfortable atmosphere that defines the SEKKA SPA experience.

We are now looking for a Spa Receptionist to welcome guests to our newly renewed spa.
We are seeking someone who can provide warm, attentive service and help create the calm, comfortable atmosphere that defines the SEKKA SPA experience.
Welcome guests with a smile and assist with reservations, arrivals, and departures
- Coordinate therapist and treatment room schedules
- Handle guest enquiries, bookings, and payments
- Work closely with the hotel front desk to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and lounge areas
- Assist with other duties related to the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa
- A friendly and attentive approach to guest service, with a positive and professional manner
- Previous experience in the hotel, spa, or wellness industry is preferred
- Basic computer skills
(Excel, email, Square booking system, etc.) - Able to assist guests in English and communicate well with the team
(Japanese language skills are preferred but not essential) - Ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations
- A strong team player who is willing to support the overall operation of the spa
- Eligible to work in Japan with a valid visa or residence status
Full-time or part-time (days and hours negotiable)
Hourly wage: ¥1,600
Available to work from late November to around mid-March
