- Minimum Level 2 snowboard instructor qualification from a recognised instructor certification body.
- Dual qualification in both skiing and snowboarding would be an advantage.
- Previous experience teaching snowboarding, preferably in a ski resort environment.
- Strong technical snowboarding skills and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and adapt lessons to guests of different ages and ability levels.
- Must hold a valid Japanese Working Holiday Visa for the winter season.
