Sansui Niseko is a luxury hotel located in the beautiful ski resort area of Niseko, Hokkaido.
We are currently looking for Snow Removal Staff to join our team.
The main responsibilities include snow removal within the hotel premises and surrounding areas according to snowfall conditions, ensuring safety around the property, and inspecting and managing snow removal equipment. This role supports the creation of a safe and comfortable environment throughout the winter season.Candidates with experience operating snow removal equipment, performing manual snow removal work, or carrying out basic maintenance of machinery are especially welcome.We are looking for someone who has a strong awareness of safety and a sense of responsibility, and who can work collaboratively with the team to maintain a comfortable environment where both guests and staff can use the facilities with peace of mind.
- Snow removal work at the hotel and related facilities
- Regular inspection of snow removal equipment and reporting of any malfunctions or issues
- Support with maintenance of snow removal equipment and facilities as needed
- Collection and transportation of general waste generated from the hotel and related facilities, as well as related organizing and cleaning duties
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment
- Contributing as a team member to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction
- Other related duties as instructed by the manager
- Experience in maintenance work for facilities, machinery, or equipment is preferred
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
- Enthusiastic, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to carry out duties with integrity
- Values teamwork and is able to adapt to a flexible work style
- Possesses basic business manners and professional ethics, and is able to carry out duties with a strong awareness of safety
- Valid driver’s license is preferred
- Strong awareness of safety management and ability to carry out duties in accordance with rules and procedures
Seasonal winter employment from around November 2026 to March 31, 2027
- Hourly wage from ¥1,500, with consideration given to experience and qualifications
- Employee dormitory available, subject to a monthly fee
- Meal allowance provided
- Winter half-mountain shared lift pass or lift allowance provided
