About the role
We are currently seeking individuals to assist with snow clearing operations to ensure a safe and comfortable environment during the winter season. Based on snowfall conditions, the role involves clearing snow within and around the facility premises, securing safe walkways, and supporting related tasks. Candidates with experience operating snow removal machinery, performing manual snow clearing, and conducting equipment maintenance are especially welcome. We are looking for responsible individuals who can help ensure a safe and pleasant stay for our guests.
Main tasks
- Perform snow clearing operations at hotel facilities and related areas
- Inspect snow removal equipment regularly and report any malfunctions or issues
- Support maintenance operations as needed
- Collect and transport general waste generated from hotel and related facilities; assist with sorting and cleaning tasks
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Work as a team to implement best practices for improving customer satisfaction
- Carry out tasks as instructed by the manager
About you
Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience preferred
- Physically fit and confident in handling demanding tasks
- Motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and honest in their work
- Team player with a flexible approach to work schedules
- Possesses proper business manners and professional conduct
Competencies or Skills:
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Offer
- Hourly wage: ¥1,500 (based on experience)
