Niseko343 is a ski and snowboard equipment shop with over 30 years of history near Grand Hirafu Ski Resort.
Our shop is currently located on the basement floor of Sansui Niseko. We provide ski and snowboard equipment rentals and sales, helping guests find the right gear to enjoy the best possible experience in Niseko.
As a rental and retail staff member, you will handle a variety of shop operations, including rental bookings, equipment fitting, gear selection, equipment setup, and payments. With easy access to the slopes directly from the shop, you can enjoy skiing or snowboarding before or after your shifts, even on working days. An important part of the role is staying up to date with daily snow conditions and information about the slopes, and sharing useful recommendations with guests.

- Handle equipment rentals, returns, and maintenance
- Sell accessories such as gloves, goggles, helmets, and socks
- Provide ski and snowboard waxing services
- Maintain a clean and organised shop
- Skiing or snowboarding experience
- Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment
- Previous customer service experience
- Conversational ability in at least two of the following languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese
- Hourly wage: ¥1,600–¥1,900, depending on skills and experience
- Employment period: Late November 2026 to approximately the end of March 2027
- Staff accommodation available, with rent subsidies for full-time employees
- Season passes or subsidies towards lift ticket purchases available, depending on working hours
