The Yuki Group (TYG) operates two sports and wellness spas in Niseko Village.
This season, SEKKA SPA, operated by TYG and located inside The Green Leaf Hotel in Niseko Village, will reopen following a renewal.
At SEKKA SPA, we offer high-quality treatments designed to help guests relax and recover after a day of skiing or snowboarding, creating a restorative experience for visitors from around the world. We are now looking for seasonal therapists to join the newly renewed SEKKA SPA for the winter season. We are seeking therapists who can provide attentive, heartfelt treatments and warm hospitality, creating a relaxing and memorable experience for each guest.

- Provide spa treatments tailored to each guest’s preferences and physical condition
- Create a comfortable and relaxing environment where guests can feel at ease
- Clean and maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities
- Prepare and manage supplies and linens required for treatments
- Assist with reception duties as needed
- Support other duties related to the smooth operation of the spa
- Previous practical experience and skills as a therapist
- A caring and attentive approach, with the ability to provide thoughtful treatments tailored to each guest
- Willingness to learn new treatments and techniques
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different situations
- A strong team player who can work cooperatively with other staff and management
- A friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Available to work throughout the winter season
- Basic English communication skills are preferred
Full-time or part-time (days and hours negotiable)
Hourly wage: ¥2,000–¥2,400
Rate will be determined based on experience and skills.
Available to start from late November.
