Sukiyaki Kappo Hiyama Niseko, located within MUWA NISEKO, is currently recruiting for a "Chef Candidate" and a "Kitchen Apprentice" to prepare sukiyaki right in front of customers.At Hiyama, we serve authentic sukiyaki using homemade warishita (seasoning sauce), carefully selected Japanese Kuroge Wagyu Beef, and fresh vegetables from Hokkaido.
