Sansui Niseko is a luxury hotel located in the beautiful ski resort area of Niseko, Hokkaido.

We are currently seeking a Reservations Officer with extensive experience in the hospitality industry.

We are looking for someone who can deliver high-quality service with attention to detail and provide our guests with an exceptional experience.

About the role

Main tasks

Handle all aspects of accommodation reservations, including responding to inquiries from guests and travel agencies.

Propose and process bookings tailored to the needs of both domestic and international travel agents and individual guests.

Assist guests with concierge bookings for various services, such as airport transfers and snow activities.

Maintain and manage reservation-related documents and files.

Coordinate with the Front Desk and other departments to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and pleasant stay.

Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

About you

Native or business-level proficiency in English or Japanese.

Prior experience in sales or reservations within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to handling all reservations with precision.

Team player with flexibility in work schedule and responsibilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in basic PC operations, Microsoft Office, and ideally, Opera (PMS).

A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Full-time, year-round contract
Start date: Negotiable
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Performance-based bonus available
Shift work (average 40 hours/week)
110 days off annually
10 days of paid leave per year (as per labor law)
