The Reservations Assistant is responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and professional booking support to customers and agents. The role manages incoming enquiries, booking amendments, reservation administration, and day-to-day customer-service tasks, ensuring a smooth booking experience from enquiry through to confirmation. The role works closely with the Sales & Reservations Executive, Partnership Coordinator, and Accounts & Invoices Operator.

The role works closely with the Sales & Reservations Executive, Partnership Coordinator, and Accounts & Invoices Operator.
- Field and coordinate general inquiries from customers and agents.
- Assist and advise customers on our products and services to meet their needs.
- Manage all reservation-related administration.
- Support the accounting and invoicing process for bookings.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and professional communication to customers and agents throughout the booking process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Strong problem-solving and initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent Japanese, conversational level of English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer proficiency and tech-savvy
- Familiarity with Niseko, Hakuba, and Furano resort areas is a plus.
1,850 JPY per hour starting
1st October, 2026 - 31st April, 2027
