Vacation Niseko is looking for a Rental Program Supervisor to join our team in Niseko. As a Rental Program Supervisor, you will support the smooth operation of our rental program and act as an important point of contact for property owners. This role involves a mix of owner communication, rental management, financial reporting, reservation coordination, contract support, and follow-up with internal departments. You will help ensure owners receive clear updates, accurate information, and reliable support for their properties. This position is well suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, confident communicating in both Japanese and English, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks at the same time. Working Hours 9:00AM ~ 6:00PM (8 hours, 60minute break) Working hours may vary slightly during certain events. Overtime is generally not required except during peak periods.
- Manage day-to-day rental program operations for managed residences
- Prepare and report income and expenses to property owners monthly and annually
- Handle owner reservations and related requests
- Respond to property, stay, and rental program inquiries from owners by email and phone
- Support property damage handling, including insurance claims and owner reporting
- Review contracts and support agents with contract reissue processes
- Follow up on team members’ tasks to ensure work is completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate with hotel departments to support the smooth running of the rental program
- Business-level Japanese and English
- Bookkeeping Level 3 or accounting experience is preferred
- Strong Word, Excel, and general office software skills
- Good task management and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and put information into action
- Ski resort or hotel experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
- Valid working visa for Japan (visa sponsorship possible for the right candidate)
- Monthly salary: ¥330,000 - ¥360,000 (plus annual discretionary bonus)
