We’re looking for a reliable, organised person to help our office team during the busy winter season. You’ll assist with customer bookings and enquiries, prepare rental information, and help keep daily vehicle and staff schedules up to date. Japanese is preferred, and English communication skills would be useful when assisting international customers.

- Assist with customer bookings and enquiries
- Reply to emails and customer messages
- Prepare rental documents and information
- Help coordinate vehicle allocations
- Update booking and staff schedules
- Support vehicle pickup and return processes
- Keep customer and booking records organised
- Help the team during busy winter periods
- Good communication and customer service
- Organised and dependable
- Comfortable using email and basic computer tools
- Japanese language ability preferred
- English language ability helpful
- Able to work well as part of a small team
- Weekend availability helpful during winter
Salary: To be discussed based on experience 300 000 with season bonus and up
Start date: By agreement, ideally before the 2026–27 winter season
