About the role
At Studio en, we have built a supportive community of compassionate and dedicated teachers, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Located within the luxury hotel Setsu Niseko, our studio welcomes guests from around the world.We want more than someone who can teach—we’re looking for warm and confident instructors who are passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and be part of something meaningful. Our diverse team of international instructors offer a wide variety of class styles, teaching in both English and Japanese. Together we work collaboratively to create the best experience for our students – supporting one another to learn, grow and inspire.
Main tasks
- Teaching professional classes in English
- Confident leading group reformer or mat pilates classes / open to teaching private classes
- Checking-in student and handle payment
- Keep tidy the space, clean the reformer machine
About you
- Reformer Pilates / Mat Instructor qualification
- Work visa or Working Holiday visa
- Available for 1 to 6 scheduled classes per week (45 to 60 min per class)
- Basic computer skills for student bookings, arrivals, payments etc
- Positive and excellent communication skill
- Strong motivation to explore new skills and experiences for your teaching journey
