About the role
We are currently recruiting recreation (activity) staff to support guest experiences. Key responsibilities include assisting with ski and snowboard activities in the Niseko Hirafu area, preparing activity equipment, managing safety and gear, and providing transportation support. We welcome individuals with knowledge and experience in winter activities and a strong sense of hospitality. We are looking for candidates who are responsible and committed to delivering excellent service.
Main tasks
- Assist with slope maintenance at the ski-in/ski-out area using UTVs (utility task vehicles), snow blowers, nets, poles, etc., and execute duties with responsibility
- Support rental desk services for skis and snowboards, assist with ski school registrations, and handle loading/unloading of ski gear, ensuring smooth guest service
- Operate staff shuttle buses and carry out related duties as needed
- Support guest inquiries with polite and attentive responses
- Maintain a safe and comfortable work environment
- Collaborate with other departments and work as part of a team
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the manager
About you
- Practical experience in winter activity operations
- Basic understanding and hands-on knowledge of winter activities
- Experience in driving and operating utility task vehicles (UTVs)
- Strong commitment to safe driving, punctuality, and courteous service
- Ability to coordinate well with the team and respond flexibly to various situations
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Possession of an international driving permit valid in Japan

- Hourly wage: ¥1,500 (based on experience)
