Niseko is an international holiday destination that is increasing its appeal as a resort for all seasons. KEY DUTIES
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and receptionist duties of Rikka Spa.
Key responsibilities include:
- Booking appointments, welcoming guests, and responding to customer inquiries
- Coordinating daily spa operations and supporting smooth team communication
- Managing staff rostering and scheduling
- Handling email correspondence and other administrative tasks
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering spa supplies and stock
- Ensuring service standards and operational procedures are consistently maintained
- Supporting sales and operational budget management
- Coordinating with cleaning, maintenance, and IT teams when required
- Assisting with minor financial administration such as handling petty cash
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing operations and managing administrative tasks, while also delivering a welcoming guest experience in a professional spa environment.
- You are well-versed in operations and administrative duties
- Previous experience in the hotel, spa, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- You are organized, proactive, and enjoy supporting team operations
- You have previous receptionist or customer service experience
- You understand the importance of effective scheduling and staff coordination
- You are comfortable using scheduling systems and standard office software
- You are legally eligible to work in Japan with a valid visa status
- You can communicate sufficiently in English and Japanese
Annual Compensation (consideration based on skills, experience, and language skills)
¥4,100,000 to ¥5,200,000
This includes:
- Company dormitory staff accommodation or housing allowance of up to ¥30,000/month
- Seasonal Grand Hirafu and Hanazono Ski Lift Pass
- Performance-based bonus of up to the equivalent of one month’s base salary

- Relocation package of JPY 200,000 from those outside Hokkaido and JPY 100,000 from within Hokkaido
STANDARD WORKING HOURS
- Variable working hours scheduled on a monthly basis e.g 13:00 – 22:00 including 60-minute break (8 working hours)
- Hours may increase during high occupancy periods
- Days off: 2 days off per week (shift system), 116 days or more off per year
