Launched in 2008, Taiga offers a comprehensive service, handling Niseko real estate sales, design and project management, and accommodation management. We have a small, energetic team that strive to deliver the best, while at the same time enjoying our work and the great Niseko lifestyle.
The real estate staff will guide buyers and sellers through the sales process, from first enquiry through to contracting and ownership. TAIGA provides a comprehensive range of services in Niseko, from real estate sales to construction project management, and property management of buildings produced by TAIGA. We are a tight knit collection of Niseko enthusiasts, and are looking for a positive team player to play an active role in our company. Contract 1-year contract employee (3-month probationary period, expected to be promoted to full-time employee upon completion of contract)
Real Estate Staff: Real estate sales, sales consulting, handling inquiries, property tours, managing rental properties, property photography, etc.
Real Estate Administration: Contract document preparation, customer service during transactions, Japanese-English document translation, equipment ordering, customer service, etc.
Application Requirements
- Real Estate Broker License (Ideal, but not required; we will consider hiring candidates who wish to work long-term and are motivated to pass the Real
Estate Broker License exam within one year)
- Ability to communicate in both Japanese and English, including reading and writing
- Basic Word and Excel skills
- Standard driver's license (some work requires snowy roads)

- Flexible about working schedule
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible working hours available after the probationary period.)
Monthly Salary: Competitive salary package with a guaranteed annual salary + bonuses (wage determined based on experience and skills)
Holidays: Approximately 120 days of holidays per year, 10 days of paid vacation per year after six months of employment
Employee Dormitory: Hirafu area or Kabayama
Bonus: Twice a year (subject to change based on performance).
Social Insurance: Full (health insurance, employee pension insurance, workers' compensation insurance, employment insurance)
Other: Health bonus, language education allowance
*Duties, holidays, and working hours will be determined individually.
*Work may be required on weekends and holidays.
