MnK Niseko is an integrated real estate company that provides year-round accommodation and hospitality solutions to guests across four unique resort properties – Akazora, Country Resort, The Orchards and Takeo Drive. In addition, we provide guest experiences through Elevate, our snowsports and guiding service and EdVenture kids' camp, the internationally recognised English immersion and outdoor activity programs for children and young teenagers. We also provide Food & Beverage
options for our guests with restaurants on-site at The Orchards and Country Resort, along with our Cedar Coffee Co cart.
The MnK team comprises around 50 year-round members. Each winter, we hire a team of 70+ team members across multiple roles from Snowsports Instructors to Kids' camp leaders and mentors, reception/front desk, drivers, concierge, food and beverage operators, snow clearing, bus drivers and more.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team in Niseko, one of Asia’s most sought-after resort destinations. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in real estate sales who is ready to grow within an international, fast-paced environment. The position involves working closely with both domestic and international clients, offering expert guidance on property acquisitions, investments, and resort homes.
- Represent buyers and sellers of resort homes, land, and investment properties in Niseko and nearby areas.
- Conduct property inspections, in-person/online tours, and consultations with clients.
- Manage leads through personal outreach, referrals, and internal systems.
- Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and purchase processes.
- Prepare and review offers, contracts, and necessary documentation.
- Stay informed about local market trends, development plans, and regulations.
- Work closely with marketing, guest services, and property management teams.
- Use CRM tools to track client activity and sales pipeline.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Valid real estate license in Japan (or ability to obtain one)
- Business-level English is required; conversational Japanese is highly preferred
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships
- Understanding of investment-focused or resort real estate is an advantage
- Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the Niseko market or seasonal resort markets is a plus
Starting at ¥380,000 per month to ¥430,000 depending on experience and/or language ability
