MnK Niseko is an integrated real estate company that provides year-round accommodation and hospitality solutions to guests across four unique resort properties – Akazora, Country Resort, The Orchards and Takeo Drive. In addition, we provide guest experiences through Elevate, our snowsports and guiding service and EdVenture kids' camp, the internationally recognised English immersion and outdoor activity programs for children and young teenagers. We also provide Food & Beverage
options for our guests with restaurants on-site at The Orchards and Country Resort, along with our Cedar Coffee Co cart.
The MnK team comprises around 50 year-round members. Each winter, we hire a team of 70+ team members across multiple roles from Snowsports Instructors to Kids' camp leaders and mentors, reception/front desk, drivers, concierge, food and beverage operators, snow clearing, bus drivers and more.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administration & Sales Support team member to join our real estate office in Kabayama. This role is key to ensuring smooth back-office operations and providing daily support to our sales and property management team. Ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, the position requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with a willingness to take initiative and support both clients and internal staff.
- Provide administrative support to the real estate sales and non-MnK resort property management team
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, proposals, and internal reports
- Maintain CRM systems, client files, and property databases
- Help coordinate client visits, inspections, and appointments
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, accounting)
- Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, SMS etc.
- General office duties, including filing, ordering supplies, and keeping records organised
- Support with translation or bilingual communication when needed
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, etc.)
- Native or business-level Japanese; conversational
- English required (bilingual is a strong plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience in a real estate, hospitality, or international office environment is a plus
Starting at ¥280,000 per month to ¥300,000 depending on experience and/or language ability As soon as possible
