MnK Niseko is an integrated real estate company that provides year-round accommodation and hospitality solutions to guests across four unique resort properties – Akazora, Country Resort, The Orchards and Takeo Drive. In addition, we provide guest experiences through Elevate, our snowsports and guiding service and EdVenture kids' camp, the internationally recognised English immersion and outdoor activity programs for children and young teenagers. We also provide Food & Beverage options for our guests with restaurants on-site at The Orchards and Country Resort, along with our Cedar Coffee Co cart. The MnK team comprises around 50 year-round members. Each winter, we hire a team of 70+ team members across multiple roles from Snowsports Instructors to Kids' camp leaders and mentors, reception/front desk, drivers, concierge, food and beverage operators, snow clearing, bus drivers and more.
