We are a small property management company located on Kutchan Ekimae Street. We also operate a travel business. Our office is located in a renovated stone warehouse.
About the role
We are looking for someone who can primarily manage cleaning schedules for our properties during the ski season and coordinate maintenance and repair requests in Japanese.
Main tasks
＊Create and manage cleaning schedules
＊Manage linen inventory
＊Coordinate with maintenance and repair contractors
＊Order supplies and amenities
About you
＊Japanese reading and writing skills required
＊Basic conversational English preferred
Offer
＊Hourly Wage: From ¥1,650 (depending on experience)
＊Working Hours: 30–40 hours per week
