MnK Niseko is an integrated real estate company that provides year-round accommodation and hospitality solutions to guests across four unique resort properties – Akazora, Country Resort, The Orchards and Takeo Drive. In addition, we provide guest experiences through Elevate, our snowsports and guiding service and EdVenture kids' camp, the internationally recognised English immersion and outdoor activity programs for children and young teenagers. We also provide Food & Beverage
options for our guests with restaurants on-site at The Orchards and Country Resort, along with our Cedar Coffee Co cart.

The MnK team comprises around 50 year-round members. Each winter, we hire a team of 70+ team members across multiple roles from Snowsports Instructors to Kids' camp leaders and mentors, reception/front desk, drivers, concierge, food and beverage operators, snow clearing, bus drivers and more.

About the role

The MnK Real Estate Development team delivers comprehensive home development and improvement solutions tailored to the unique landscape of Niseko. From new home builds and interior upgrades to full-scale renovations, we provide end-to-end project management and design expertise. As a Project Management Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, handling a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth progress of each project. This role offers the opportunity to closely observe and support a variety of projects, both large and small taking place in Niseko.

Main tasks

  • Product research based on client requests
  • Order management and procurement of products
  • Preparation of various proposal documents and presentation materials
  • Coordination and communication with contractors, including on-site support
  • Client communication (in person, via email, chat, etc.)
  • Preparation and management of various reports
  • General assistance with other team-related tasks
About you

  • Valid standard driver’s license (AT‑only also accepted).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience creating documents and materials using Excel and Word
  • Ability to create presentation materials using PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working in an environment where both English and Japanese are used
  • Interest in architecture, design, and interior-related work

Starting at ¥250,000 per month to ¥300,000 depending on experience and/or language ability
