The Partnership Coordinator supports the Sales & Reservations Executive to develop commercial partnerships, maintain strong relationships with existing business partners, and coordinate sales and destination-promotion activities. The role works closely with accommodation providers, local businesses, overseas travel agencies, tourism boards, resort operators, and internal teams. It is responsible for timely partner follow-up, maintaining accurate partnership records, coordinating promotional activity, and supporting group bookings and commercial collaborations across Niseko and Furano.

It is responsible for timely partner follow-up, maintaining accurate partnership records, coordinating promotional activity, and supporting group bookings and commercial collaborations across Niseko and Furano.
Partnerships and Sales Support
- Support the Sales & Reservations Executive in partnership development.
- Research potential accommodation providers, local businesses, travel agencies, tourism organisations, and other relevant partners.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with existing business partners and provide timely follow-up to partner enquiries and requests.
- Coordinate partner meetings, prepare agendas and materials, record meeting notes, and track agreed follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate partner contact lists, partnership records, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
- Support the preparation and coordination of partnership proposals, package offers, discount promotions, commission arrangements, and other commercial collaborations.
- Support the Sales & Reservations Executive in destination-promotion and tourism initiatives that drive commercial growth.
- Provide regular updates on partnership activity, pending actions, commercial opportunities, and issues requiring escalation.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory and distribution record for promotional materials, ensuring relevant partner locations receive the required materials on time for campaigns and seasonal activity.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to identify issues, follow up independently, and take initiative.
- Interest in sales, partnerships, tourism, travel, hospitality, or business development.
- Professional English communication skills; Japanese language ability is an advantage.
- Experience working with accommodation providers, travel agencies, tourism organisations, or hospitality businesses is preferred.
- Experience with reservation systems, CRM systems, or Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak operational periods.
