As an Owner Relation Officer, you will be an important point of contact for Vacation Niseko property owners. This role focuses on building trusted, long-term relationships with owners while supporting communication, contracts, reporting, owner stays, property updates, and coordination across departments. You will work closely with senior management, internal teams, and external partners to help ensure owners receive clear, accurate, and thoughtful support. This position is well suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional in communication, and comfortable managing a wide range of information in both Japanese and English. Working Hours 9:00AM ~ 6:00PM (8 hours, 60minute break) Working hours may vary slightly during certain events.
- Act as a main point of contact for property owners, responding to inquiries by email and phone
- Prepare and manage regular owner communications, including end-of-season reports and newsletters
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, upgrade project costs, and related owner communication
- Ensure owner stays and related bookings are handled accurately
- Support owners’ association operations, including Annual General Meeting preparation and related communication
- Report on property performance, rental income, and owner results
- Monitor and analyze rental income, preparing reports and supporting data when needed
- Suggest improvements that support revenue, efficiency, energy saving, and owner satisfaction
- Business level Japanese and English
- Valid visa that allows full-time employment in Japan (visa sponsorship available for the right candidate)
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to owner relations
- Able to learn quickly and handle a large amount of information in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
- Able to use Excel, Word, and other standard office tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics
Monthly salary: ¥250,000 - ¥270,000 (plus annual discretionary bonus)
