Overnight Front Desk Officer
Setsu Niseko
We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Front Desk Officer to manageovernight front desk operations and ensure a seamless hospitality experiencefor owners and guests at Setsu Niseko. This position plays a key role insupporting the team while ensuring guest needs are met during the night shift.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Process cash, credit card, and other daily transactions
- Review guest folios to ensure charges are correct
- Reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy
- Roll over the date in the Front Office System
- Prepare for next day's departures and arrivals
- Assist with guest enquiries and requests
- Handle emergency situations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk or hospitality operations (preferably in a hotel or resort)
- Visa status permitting work in Japan (Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate)
- Basic knowledge of accounting and handling transactions
- Valid driver’s license in Japan or international driving permit
Competencies or skills :
- Fluent in Japanese, conversational English is a plus
- Good at numbers and detail-focused
- Ability to stay calm, work efficiently under pressure, flexible and team-oriented
Salary:
- ¥230,000–¥280,000 per month + annual discretionary bonus
