Snopro is a premier ski and snowboard delivery service dedicated to providing a seamless, luxury rental experience. With 16 years of proven success in New Zealand across three branches, we have recently expanded our international footprint by completing our first successful season in Niseko, Japan.
Our mission is simple: to ensure our guests maximise their holiday time. We achieve this through a "service-first" model and innovative systems that remove the friction of traditional rentals. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operational Manager who shares our passion for efficiency, leadership, and delivering a world-class guest experience.
Japan & New Zealand | Year-Round Career Opportunity. You will be a key part of our international expansion, bridging the gap between our established New Zealand operations and the Japanese market. The Path: You will be required to spend a minimum of 3 months in NZ for training and alignment before joining our leadership team in Niseko, Japan. The Focus: Assisting the General Manager with strategic growth, high-level logistics, and scaling the Snopro model in Japan.
- Operational Excellence: Lead the setup and logistics between our NZ and Japan hubs.
- Strategic Growth: Drive sales growth and market positioning.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level partner relationships.
- Industry Experience: Previous industry experience is essential.
- Business Acumen: A proven track record in operations, sales, or marketing.
- Language & Residency: Japanese language skills and Japanese Permanent Residency are significant advantages.
