We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead the successful opening and day-to-day operations of Hotel101 Niseko. This role is ideal for a professional who embodies warmth and hospitality, and who can bring that unique brand of service to a global audience. The successful candidate must have pre-opening experience with a strong foundation in housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-opening setup of Hotel101 Niseko, ensuring all operational systems, staffing, and standards are in place before launch.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the distinct Filipino brand of hospitality is felt across all guest touchpoints.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Implement and monitor operational strategies that optimize efficiency and profitability.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in hotel operations, including pre-opening experience.
- Strong firsthand housekeeping background with a track record of maintaining world-class standards.
- Experience in budget/economy hotels, fast-food chains, or franchise-style operations preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
