Peak Niseko Car Rental is an established vehicle rental and fleet management company based in Kutchan, Hokkaido.
Our business includes winter vehicle rentals, summer camper rentals, and long-term vehicle management. We are looking for a bilingual Operations Manager to help lead and grow the business.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the rental business. Responsibilities include overseeing rental operations, coordinating staff, maintaining fleet standards, improving systems, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the busy winter season. The role also involves contributing to fleet planning and vehicle purchasing decisions when required.
• Fluent English, Spoken Japanese
• Operational or management experience
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Commercial mindset with understanding of revenue and cost control• Interest and knowledge of vehicles preferred
• Calm under pressure during peak winter season
• Legal right to work in Japan
