About the role

We are seeking a proactive and service-minded Assistant to support seamless coordination between guest-facing teams, local partners, and internal operations. You will play an essential role in upholding the refined service and exceptional property standards that define our brand. This role is based in Kutchan, Hokkaido. This is a full time role throughout the entire year.

Main tasks

Support the Guest Services team by arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, and curated guest activities with trusted Japanese partners
Work closely with Japanese-speaking team members to ensure efficient cross-department communication
Assist with the booking of Japanese guests (mostly in Summer)
Request quotations for villa operational items and coordinate with suppliers
Place operational orders (e.g., consumables, linen) with Japanese vendors
In collaboration with operation team, research new suppliers and negotiate with local contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects to ensure our chalets remain at the highest standard
Assist foreign staff with administrative procedures such as address registration and bank account

About you

Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
Independent, hands-on team member
Good computer skills
Japanese: native level. English: good command

Offer

280-300,000 JPY per month
Starting date per December 2025
