As an On-Call Babysitter with Niseko Kids Club, you’ll provide safe, high-quality, in-room babysitting for families staying in hotels, chalets, and private residences in Niseko. This is a flexible, casual role ideal for those already living in the Niseko, Kutchan, Hirafu, Rusutsu, or Kiroro areas who want to pick up extra shifts during the winter season. Babysitters receive shift offers on an as-needed basis and can choose the jobs that best fit their schedule. This is the perfect opportunity for childcare professionals, ski instructors, hotel staff, or part-time workers looking to earn extra income while enjoying the winter in Japan’s most famous ski resort.
- Provide safe and engaging in-room babysitting
- Care for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children
- Organize meals, playtime, and rest according to routines
- Bring toys, games, and activity materials provided by NKC
- Communicate with parents in a professional manner
- Ensure children’s safety at all times in different settings
- Experience caring for children in babysitting, daycare, or teaching roles
- Friendly, reliable, and professional personality
- Flexibility to accept or decline shifts based on availability
- Living in or near Niseko, Kutchan, Hirafu, Rusutsu, or Kiroro
- English required; Japanese or Chinese is an advantage
- Legal working status in Japan (Working Holiday Visa or equivalent)
- Hourly Pay: ¥1,800 per hour
- Season Dates: December 2025 – March 2026 (casual, on-call shifts)
