The Office Manager role is key to our operation, assisting both the Senior Operations Manager and support the Guest Services Manager coordinating with the Japanese suppliers and our Japanese guests.
Guest Services & Operations Support
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and guest activities with Japanese partners
• Coordinate between Japanese-speaking and English-speaking team members
• Handle bookings for Japanese OTA and Japanese guests
• Prepare monthly records of guest data, guest reviews and guest complaints
• Assist with inspection of properties
• Assist with address registration and bank account openings for the seasonal staff
Niseko Gourmet Operations
• Assist and contribute to the development of Niseko Gourmet
Supplier & Contractor Coordination
• Request quotations, follow up, and coordinate logistics with Japanese suppliers and contractors
• Place and track orders with Japanese vendors and partners for operational items
• Liaise with local contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and improvement works
• Independent, hands-on team member
• Good computer skills
• Preferably hospitality or reservations experience
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Good English skills
• Japanese National
280-300,000 JPY per month
