About the role
Full-Time or Part-Time Niseko Black is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day financial administration in-house, supporting our external accountant and keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Main tasks
- Processing invoices, expenses, and payments
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
- Liaising with suppliers and resolving billing queries
- Preparing reports and financial summaries for the external accountant
- General bookkeeping and administrative support
About you
- Basic accountancy qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. bookkeeping, AAT, or similar)
- Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Comfortable with Excel and general financial administration
- Methodical, accurate, and discreet with financial information
- Good communicator, comfortable working across departments
- English required; Japanese an advantage
