We operate a year-round sports tourism business, with a mountain bike park in summer and a snow school in winter.
In collaboration with local ski resorts and municipalities, we are committed to contributing to the growth and vitality of the region.
We are looking for outdoor sports enthusiasts who love activities such as cycling, skiing, and snowboarding and are considering a year-round life in Niseko. Let's create a workplace together! In the summer, our main business is the "NINE Niseko MTB School & Guiding," which focuses on mountain biking. With the operation of new facilities, we are recruiting staff. If you love to be active outdoors, and can interact with colleagues and customers with a smile, experience is not necessary. Of course, you can receive training to acquire the necessary skills for your duties, such as reception, mountain bike guiding /teaching, maintenance and PC operations. We will also support you in obtaining various qualifications for those who work with us for a long period of time.

MTB School and Rental Staff
Administration, Guiding, lessons
Trail building / construction work
• MTB Park Crew (Full-Time) – 1 opening
• MTB Park Crew (Part-Time – Mostly Weekends & Holidays) – 1 opening
Requirement：
Applicants must have valid legal authorization to work in Japan
(a valid visa or residency status permitting employment is required).
Japanese or international Driver's license
*(Japanese or Chinese language, Snow sports, Cycling, MTB related guiding / teaching experience
and/or MTB trail building experience is not essential but will be considered as an asset)
Wage :
Hourly 1,250~2,000 JPN / Monthly 220,000JPY~
(Other allowance available based on skills / experiences）
(Trial term : 2 weeks/80hours as trainee, no allowance will be paid, Wage ¥1,075 ~ ¥1,500)
Duration：
Late April 2026 ~ Mid Oct 2026
