MnK Niseko is an integrated real estate company that provides year-round accommodation and hospitality solutions to guests across four unique resort properties – Akazora, Country Resort, The Orchards and Takeo Drive. In addition, we provide guest experiences through Elevate, our snowsports and guiding service and EdVenture kids' camp, the internationally recognised English immersion and outdoor activity programs for children and young teenagers. We also provide Food & Beverageoptions for our guests with restaurants on-site at The Orchards and Country Resort, along with our Cedar Coffee Co cart.
MnK Niseko is developing our internal IT function to better support our growing team. We are seeking candidates who are motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic about technology. This role is intentionally broad: we are looking to meet and interview applicants with different skills and experiences, then build the position around the successful candidate’s strengths. The role will evolve over time to suit your unique talents and changing business conditions.
- Provide general IT support and troubleshooting for staff, guests & owners (software, hardware, networking, Wi-Fi).
- Assist with administration and integration of software platforms, including organisation administration, CRM, PMS, project management, issue tracking and website hosting systems.
- Research, test, and implement software solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Work with staff across departments to identify business needs and onboard new systems.
- Help the marketing team to maintain and support our websites and customer communication tools.
- Explore and support the implementation of AI solutions (such as chatbots or automation agents).
- Participate in cross-departmental support when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable working directly with people to understand and solve IT challenges.
- English fluency essential; Japanese language ability highly regarded.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn.
Starting at ¥270,000 per month to ¥320,000 depending on experience and/or language ability
