"We are looking for staff with experience in hotel or chalet housekeeping and cleaning. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, hardworking, and reliable. The primary responsibility will be preparing chalets for guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as performing mid-stay cleans. Occasionally, you may be required to drive guests or staff. Other ad hoc property-related tasks will also come up throughout the season. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with a shift-based schedule, allowing flexibility for staff to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and life in Niseko. A shared company vehicle will be provided for work use."

Strong communication skills
- Previous professional experience in cleaning/housekeeping
- Valid driver's license
- Available to work in Niseko from November 2025
- Eligible to work in Japan (holder of a valid visa or Japanese citizenship).
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in the food service industry
