About the role
We are currently seeking individuals with experience in housekeeping operations.This role involves collaboration with external cleaning companies to maintain cleanliness and aesthetics throughout the property.The position also requires teamwork to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests. We are looking for individuals who can provide high-quality service with meticulous attention to detail to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Main tasks
- Conduct inspections and related duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and hotel facilities
- Work closely with external cleaning companies to perform housekeeping operations
- Replenish, manage, and order amenities, linens, and in-house supplies, along with related duties
- Perform light cleaning duties within the facility when needed
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a safe and comfortable working environment
- Provide high-level service with sincerity and attention to detail
- Perform other duties as directed by the manager
About you
Qualifications:
- Hotel industry experience preferred; experienced applicants prioritized; beginners also welcome
- Ability to carry moderately heavy items
- Motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and honest approach to work
- Ability to work well in teams and adapt to flexible work styles
- Possesses proper business manners and professional conduct
Competencies or Skills:
- Driver’s license preferred
- Knowledge of the OPERA system
- Japanese language required; English skills preferred
Offer
- Hourly wage: ¥1,500 (based on experience)
