About the role

As a Maintenance & Housekeeping Staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment used in daily operations. You will also work closely with the housekeeping team to prepare chalets prior to guest arrival and support deep cleaning operations during the summer season.

Main tasks
  • Property maintenance management
  • Inspect chalets prior to guest arrival and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
  • Office building maintenance
  • Maintenance of company vehicles and work equipment
  • Housekeeping duties (final cleaning before guest arrival, pressure washing, window cleaning, etc.)
  • Waste collection
  • Lawn mowing during the summer season
  • Snow removal during the winter season
About you
  • A proactive, hands-on team player
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Positive attitude and motivated approach to work
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Japanese nationality required
Offer
  • Salary: JPY 250,000 – 280,000 per month
  • Expected start date: Around April 2026
