Responsible for the efficient handling of the guest journey, from booking to arrival, check in and out, customer service, training and leading guest services team, coordinating Niseko Gourmet, events and marketing, and efficient coordination between different departments, local vendors and administrative support.
- Proven working experience in hospitality
- Fluent in English
- Excellent using excel, outlook, powerpoint
- Outgoing personality, passionate
- Sense of responsibility

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
Salary: 300,000 JPY /month (negotiable depending on experience)
