The Niseko Company is a premier provider of luxury accommodation in Niseko. Our diverse portfolio includes spacious luxury villas that offer comfort and privacy even at full capacity, elegant chalets featuring traditional Japanese baths and private saunas, and cozy homes perfectly suited for all size groups.
We’re looking for a bright and friendly individual to join our Guest Services team at The Niseko Company. In this role, you'll help with the day-to-day front of house operations and meeting with our winter guests to make their Niseko holidays memorable.

- Mature, courteous, bright, friendly, eager to learn, good work ethic.
- Self initiatives to search for answers on the internet and in other available resources
- Hotel, travel industry, and resort experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the area is a definite plus, but not a requirement
- Foreign applicants: Working Holiday Visa or other valid
- Japanese Visa allowing work is a MUSTConversational level in Japanese and/or Mandarin is a plusJapanese applicants: conversational-level English is a mustBilingual Japanese/English applicants will be given preference
- Salary: 1600y/hr
- Start Date: 17th November to early March 2026
