This role involves delivering exceptional guest services from pre-arrival to departure. Responsibilities include managing guest inquiries, coordinating stays, welcoming and assisting guests throughout their visit, ensuring properties are in top condition, arranging guest transportation, promoting Taiga’s services, and supporting the cleaning team when needed. The goal is to provide guests with a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable holiday experience in Niseko.
- Handling guest enquiries over email, phone, and in person, and coordinate guest stays
- Greeting and checking guests into their accommodation
- Assist guests during their stay to ensure they have a positive and memorable holiday in Niseko.
- Ensure properties are presentable and in good condition by checking the properties before the guest arrival
- Pick up and drop off the guests
- Upsell Taiga’s guest services to guests
- Assist cleaning team, including actual cleaning tasks
Key Qualities
- Experience in guest services/hospitality is preferred
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance would be preferrable
- Team player who enjoys working and communicating with co-workers
- Focused on delivering good outcomes with integrity
- Comfortable driving in snow
- Working Period: December 1, 2025 to the end of March 2026
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 Hours per day, 2 days off per week, paid overtime.
- Remuneration ¥1,300-1,700 per hour depending on skills and experience
