GENTEMSTICK Showroom Sales Staff（part-time）
- Assist customers in selecting snowboarding equipment, including boards, bindings, and gear, that matches their preferences and needs.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment in the showroom, ensuring customers feel valued and comfortable.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom to showcase our products effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Passion for snowboarding and working in a snowy environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Fluent English speaking level.
- Basic conversational Japanese skills preferred but not essential.
- No specific qualifications required.
- Must hold a valid visa to work in Japan.
- 11:30am to 7pm (overtime may be required during busy periods).
- 45 min unpaid lunch break.
- 5 days per week.
- ¥1,600 hourly wage.
