About the role
We are currently seeking individuals with experience in front office operations.Candidates with backgrounds in front desk, concierge, bell attendant services will be especially valued.We welcome applicants who can deliver high-quality service with meticulous attention to detail in order to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Main tasks
- Handling overall front office operations
- Supporting front desk, concierge, bell, and valet duties
- Managing check-in, check-out, and cashier tasks
- Providing courteous and high-quality service to guests
- Assisting with guest inquiries
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable work environment
- Collaborating smoothly with other departments through teamwork
- Providing guest transportation within the Niseko Hirafu area
About you
Qualifications:
- Business-level English and either Japanese or Chinese proficiency
- Preferred experience in the rooms division of the hotel industry
- A motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and honest approach to work
- Ability to adapt to teamwork and flexible working styles
- Possessing proper business etiquette and professional conduct
Competencies or Skills:
- Driver’s license preferred
- Knowledge of the OPERA system
Offer
- Hourly wage: ¥1,500
