Main Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and respond to telephone and email inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Process payments and settle guest accounts
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns
- Coordinate with Bell Staff and Concierge services
- Provide excellent guest service to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a genuine interest in living and working in Niseko.
- Are team players who take responsibility for their work and see tasks through to completion.
- Can perform their duties professionally and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Are willing to follow company policies and shared accommodation rules.
- Can live cooperatively with others in staff housing and remain committed through the end of the season.
Hourly Wage: ¥1,500 or more
Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
*Important: Seasonal employees who are foreign nationals should understand in advance that approximately 35% of their gross salary may be deducted for employees’ pension insurance, health insurance premiums, income tax, and other applicable statutory deductions.
